As fathers and former athletes, we’ve seen firsthand how connection, recovery, and intentional living shape a better life, not just for us, but for our families. What began as the Self Made Mind Podcast, exploring stories of resilience and high performance, naturally evolved into The Immerse Podcast, and then into something even bigger.
